Need help with one of our applications for the iPhone or iPod Touch? This is the place.
First, for any problem, trying restarting your iPhone or iPod Touch. Because some applications use fun musical sound effects, the application may slow down or not respond properly when first installed.
Second, make sure your screen is clean and oil free. The touch screens are sensitive and may not commmunicate properly with the application if there is residue present. We recommend a clean, lint free cloth designed for use with the iPhone or iPod Touch.
